Julie and James ~ Washington DC Wedding Photography ~ The Mandarin Oriental DC

We went down to Washington DC in June to meet up with these guys for their wedding at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel.  The hotel was great!  The ballroom was beautiful and the staff did a great job.  I had the pleasure of working with Julie’s coordinator Emilie at Weddings and Events by Bliss, and the band rocked the house!  So aside from all that fun stuff, Julie and James are two of a kind… love them both.  Their families are equally as wonderful and we were so happy to be such a big part of their day!  Enjoy the pics!

clearly a shoe girl… one of the cutest first meets I’ve ever seen… of course we had to hit some of the hot spots… they had the ceremony outside in the court yard…  the clouds rolled in just enough to take the edge off and give us some great light! There is a first for everything and this was the first time I have ever seen a bride loose her ring between the ring ceremony and walking back down the isle!  LOL!
She handled it quite well actually and everyone there helped find it. the details were awesome! signing book from their e-session with me at Baltimore’s inner harbor… and I assure you they did…
